Healthy pastries certainly exist. These rye muffins with with seeds are the real proof. Give them a try!
Rye flour – 1.5 cups
Flax flour – 1 cup
Oatmeal – 0.5 cups
Baking soda – 1 tsp
Water – 1-1.15 glasses
Sea salt – ½ tsp
Flaxseed – 100g
Grape sugar – 80ml
Vanilla, Cinnamon or other spices – to taste
- In a bowl, mix water, grape sugar, flax flour and spices, if you plan to add them to baking.
- Combine rye flour, cereal, salt, soda and seeds in another large bowl.
- Combine the contents of both containers and knead the dough well until smooth.
- Distribute the dough into cupcake forms and bake at a temperature of 170C until cooked.
