Rye Muffins With Seeds

Healthy pastries certainly exist. These rye muffins with with seeds are the real proof. Give them a try!


Rye flour – 1.5 cups

Flax flour – 1 cup

Oatmeal – 0.5 cups

Baking soda – 1 tsp

Water – 1-1.15 glasses

Sea salt – ½ tsp

Flaxseed – 100g

Grape sugar – 80ml

Vanilla, Cinnamon or other spices – to taste


      1. In a bowl, mix water, grape sugar, flax flour and spices, if you plan to add them to baking.
      2. Combine rye flour, cereal, salt, soda and seeds in another large bowl.
      3. Combine the contents of both containers and knead the dough well until smooth.
      4. Distribute the dough into cupcake forms and bake at a temperature of 170C until cooked.
