Sea Buckthorn Tea Recipe 🌿

This comforting and antioxidant-rich sea buckthorn tea is an easy and delicious way to enjoy the benefits of this superberry. Perfect for sharing with family or friends!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp frozen sea buckthorn berries

  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary

  • 1 piece of fresh ginger root

  • 1 orange

  • Honey – to taste

Preparation:

  1. Slice the orange and ginger root.

  2. Place the sea buckthorn berries in a teapot and gently mash them with a spoon.

  3. Add the orange and ginger slices.

  4. Place the rosemary sprig on top and pour hot (not boiling) water over the ingredients.

    Avoid boiling water, as it can reduce the vitamin content.

  5. Let steep for 5–10 minutes.

  6. Add honey to taste, serve, and enjoy!
