In the middle of the winter, warm yourself up with a cozy soup! The Broccoli Cream-Soup is the must-try offering on our seasonal menu.
Ingredients for 2 servings:
frozen broccoli – 200 g
onion – 1
water – 700 ml
Provencal herbs (or any herbs to taste) – ½ tsp.
pine nuts – a handful
ground cedar cake – 2 tbsp.
salt – to taste
- Cut the onion into half rings and fry in a saucepan until golden brown.
- Put the broccoli in a saucepan, add hot water and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add ground cake, salt and herbs, beat with a blender until smooth.
- Serve hot, sprinkled with pine nuts.
