Simple Lentil Salad

A simple salad recipe from my grandmother’s cookbook, which is now being used in the menu of nutritionists and Russian restaurants. Easy, tasty, nutritious and unusual for many.

Ingredients:

green lentils – 1/2 cup

salted or pickled cucumbers – 3 pcs.

onion – 1 pc.

cedar oil – 2 tbsp

salt and pepper – to taste

Method:

      1. Boil lentils as indicated on the package.
      2. Dice the cucumbers.
      3. Fry the onion over high heat until golden brown.
      4. Mix all the ingredients and season with oil.
      5. Add salt, pepper and other spices to taste.
