Cauliflower with tomatoes, suluguni cheese and dried herbs

Cauliflower, tomatoes and cheese – such a flavoursome combination! Enjoy this hearty dish that will warm you up in the cold winter days coming ahead.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

cauliflower – 150g

tomatoes – 70g

suluguni cheese – 50g

butter – 15g

sea salt

herbs de Provence

water – 70ml

Method:

    1. Wash cauliflower and divide it into segments.
    2. Put cauliflower in a heated buttered frying pan and add water. Stew it at medium temperature for about 8 minutes.
    3. Add salt, cut tomatoes, suluguni cheese and dried herbs. Leave everything for 10 minutes, with the lid closed and the stove switched off.
