Variation of Pesto sauce. 

A bunch of dill or parsley,
100 g of hard cheese,
A large handful of almonds,
Cedar Nut Oil – to taste
5 cloves of garlic

1) Chop coarsely the garlic.
2) Grate cheese.
3) Put the chopped greens without stems, garlic, cheese, nuts, oil in a blender.
4) Whisk everything.
Add to salads and all dishes.
