MORNING BERRY COCTAIL. Blueberry with an orange.

150 gr. of blueberries,
1 orange,
400 ml of water,
Nutmeg- to taste,
Cinnamon- to taste,
1-2 tsp. of honey.

1. Rinse blueberry under warm water.
2. Put it in a blender. (If the berry is frozen, add a little bit of boiling water to the cocktail);
3. Peel an orange, split it into slices and put into a blender;
4. Add some water, cinnamon, nutmeg and honey, grind for 30 seconds.
