Toasted Bread with the Cedar Nut Oil, Garlic and herbs ⠀

Ingredients:

– 6 slices of bread, cut 1 inch thick;
– Cedar Nut Oil to taste; ⠀
– 2 garlic cloves;
– peeled 1 large ripe tomato;
– halved 2 tablespoons herbes de Provence.

Instructions: ⠀
1. Light a grill. ⠀
2. Brush both sides of the bread slices with the Cedar Nut Oil. ⠀
3. Grill the bread over a moderately hot fire until lightly charred, about 1 minute per side. ⠀
4. Rub the hot toasts with the garlic, then the tomato. ⠀
5. Sprinkle the toasts with the herbes de Provence and serve at once.
