Tapenade is an easy to prepare appetiser that makes a good starter for special visitors or could be consumed simply over bread. Our variation is a tasty way to include cedar oil in your diet.
Ingredients:
garlic – 2 cloves
lemon juice – 1 tbsp
cedar oil – 2 tbsps
black piped olives – ¾ glass
anchovy fillet – 2 pieces (to your taste)
black pepper – ⅓ tsp
Method:

- Mix pounded garlic, lemon juice, cedar oil, cut olives, pounded anchovy fillet and black pepper in the blender to get some paste.
You can spread it over bread, consume as an appetiser or serve as a side dish.
