Stewed Zucchini in Cream Sauce with Pine Nuts and Dried Herbs

This zucchini-based stew is a perfect option for a light lunch or a side dish.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

zucchini – 250g

butter – 20g

cedar cake – 40g

sea salt

dried oregano (marjoram)


    1. Wash zucchini in warm water and dry them, then cut into cubes and put into a heated frying pan pre-lubricated with oil
    2. Keep on high temperature for 2 minutes. Add water, reduce the temperature and add salt
    3. In ten minutes add cedar nuts and herbs.
