Siberian Omelet With Greens

Omelets are cooked in all cuisines around the world because they are tasty and simple. Our recipe is a nutritious Siberian version with spring nettles and spinach. Perfect for breakfast. Good morning!


chicken eggs – 3 pcs.

fresh nettle – 50 g

fresh spinach – 50 g

chives – a small bunch

natural milk – 100 ml

salt and pepper – to taste

butter – 5-10 g


    1. Beat the eggs until a bubbles start to form on the surface.
    2. Add salt and pepper.
    3. Pour in milk and mix.
    4. Add finely chopped nettle, spinach and finely chopped onions to this mixture.
    5. Take a baking dish with high walls, grease with butter and pour the finished mixture into it.
    6. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10-20 minutes. The omelet should rise – this is when you know it is ready.
