chicken eggs – 3 pcs.
fresh nettle – 50 g
fresh spinach – 50 g
chives – a small bunch
natural milk – 100 ml
salt and pepper – to taste
butter – 5-10 g
- Beat the eggs until a bubbles start to form on the surface.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Pour in milk and mix.
- Add finely chopped nettle, spinach and finely chopped onions to this mixture.
- Take a baking dish with high walls, grease with butter and pour the finished mixture into it.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10-20 minutes. The omelet should rise – this is when you know it is ready.
