This recipe seems to be so simple – potatoes, mushrooms and a little cedar oil. But we can’t deny – it packs a lot of flavour.
fried wild mushrooms – 200 g
potatoes – 3-4, medium-sized
onion – 1
parsley, dill or other greens – to taste
cedar oil – 3 tbsp
- Boil the potatoes in their skin and peel them.
- Dice the potatoes.
- Chop the onions, parsley and dill.
- Cut mushrooms into slices.
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the cedar oil and mix.
