Mushroom Salad With Potatoes

This recipe seems to be so simple – potatoes, mushrooms and a little cedar oil. But we can’t deny – it packs a lot of flavour.


fried wild mushrooms – 200 g

potatoes – 3-4, medium-sized

onion – 1

parsley, dill or other greens – to taste

cedar oil – 3 tbsp


      1. Boil the potatoes in their skin and peel them.
      2. Dice the potatoes.
      3. Chop the onions, parsley and dill.
      4. Cut mushrooms into slices.
      5. Place all the ingredients in a bowl.
      6. Add the cedar oil and mix.
