Pumpkin Curry

Staying home calls for more comfort foods. Try out this warming and cozy curry recipe for a delicious homemade dinner. A dish that creates an atmosphere.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

fresh pumpkin – 1 kg

chickpea – 1 cup

curry – 2 tsp

garlic – 2 cloves

onion –

cedar oil3 tbsp

salt – to taste

Method:

    1. Soak the chickpeas overnight, rinse and boils for about 1.5 hours.
    2. Pour the chickpea broth into a glass, you will need it later.
    3. Dice the onions and finely chop the garlic, fry them together.
    4. Chop the pumpkin into medium cubes.
    5. Put chickpeas, pumpkin, fried onions and garlic in a skillet or pan, sprinkle with curry, add a little chickpeas broth and put to simmer for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    6. Serve hot.
