Ingredients: cedar nut flakes, topinambur, dry ground black currant.
Instruction: mix it with 80 ml of liquid (70-90C) in a bowl. Let it be 12-15 min. It’s good to add a tea spoon of Cedar nut oil.
The liquid can be milk/veg milk/juice or water.
