Ingredients for 2 servings:
dried red beans – 200g
mushrooms (frozen or dried) – 400g
brown rice – 50g
onions – 1 pc
carrots – 1 pc
bay leaf – 6-8 pcs
ground pepper – 1/2 tsp
dried parsley – 4 tsps
dill seed – 1/3 tsp
coriander – ½ tsp
Method:
- Wash red dried beans and mushrooms (white, honey agaric or any other forest mushrooms) in water and boil in salty water at low temperature for 20-30 minutes.
- Wash brown rice, soak it for 15 minutes and add into the soup.
- Cut onions and carrots finely, add them into the soup in 20 minutes as it was quietly boiling.
- Add a laurel leaf and spices.
