Carrot Smoothie

Kick-start your day with a multi-vitamin morning cocktail.

Ingredients:

Fresh carrot – 2 medium pieces

Orange – 1 piece

Honey – 1 tsp

Cedar cake ground – 1 tbsp

Mineral water – 150 ml

Method:

    1. Peel the carrots and the orange, and chop them.
    2. Dissolve cedar cake in mineral water, and put in a blender.
    3. Add carrots, orange and honey, mix at high speed until smooth.
