A simple salad recipe from my grandmother’s cookbook, which is now being used in the menu of nutritionists and Russian restaurants. Easy, tasty, nutritious and unusual for many.
Ingredients:
green lentils – 1/2 cup
salted or pickled cucumbers – 3 pcs.
onion – 1 pc.
cedar oil – 2 tbsp
salt and pepper – to taste

- Boil lentils as indicated on the package.
- Dice the cucumbers.
- Fry the onion over high heat until golden brown.
- Mix all the ingredients and season with oil.
- Add salt, pepper and other spices to taste.
