For the salad you will need:
6-10 potatoes depending on size
5 medium-sized apples
1 onion
6 tbsp of refined olive oil
2 tbsp of cedar nut oil
salt, pepper, other spices and fresh herbs for the taste
Preparation:
Boil and chop potatoes into large slices.
Brown (Fry a little bit) the potatoes with the sliced apples in the refined olive oil.
Fry cut into rings onions separately from the other ingredients.
Warm up a little bit the dish for the salad in the oven. Mix all the ingredients in the dish.
Pour cedar nut oil and sprinkle with your favorite herbs.
