Ribboned Carrot salad with pesto sauce

Ingredients:

2 Fresh carrots
3 tbsp pesto sauce
2 tooth – garlic
Cedar Nut Oil – to taste
0,5 tsp -dried Basil,
Sea salt – to taste
Quarter of a lemon.

1. Chop the carrots into long thin strips using peelers,
2. Pour Cedar Nut Oil mixed with pesto sauce and finely chopped garlic,
3. Season with Basil and lemon.
