Raspberry Smoothie

Smoothies have been around for a while, and for a good reason. Why do we love smoothies so much? They are easy to make, satiating and loaded with nutrients.

Ingredients for 1 serving:

raspberry – 200g

water – 400ml

cinnamon and honey – 1-2 tbsp

Method:

    1. Wash raspberries in warm water and put them into the blender; if berries are frozen, add some boiling water
    2. Add water, cinnamon and honey and grind everything for 30 seconds
    3. Add the rest of the water and grind for 30 seconds more
