Smoothies have been around for a while, and for a good reason. Why do we love smoothies so much? They are easy to make, satiating and loaded with nutrients.
Ingredients for 1 serving:
raspberry – 200g
water – 400ml
cinnamon and honey – 1-2 tbsp
Method:

- Wash raspberries in warm water and put them into the blender; if berries are frozen, add some boiling water
- Add water, cinnamon and honey and grind everything for 30 seconds
- Add the rest of the water and grind for 30 seconds more
