Cabbage salad with cedar nut oil, cucumber and poached egg

White cabbage could be a great alternative to green leafy vegetables. Want to bring diversity into your salad options? Try this light and nutritious cabbage variety that makes a perfect addition to any winter meal.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

white cabbage – 400g

cucumber* – 1-2 pcs

egg – 2

sea salt – 0,5 tsp

cedar oil – 2 tbsp

Method:

    1. Chop the cabbage, add salt and crumple the cabbage with your hands until juice appears.
    2. Add the shredded cucumber. Pour some oil on the cucumber. Boil the poached egg and place it on top of the salad.
