LadaGa is a family homestead settlement 1-2 hectares of size. Total area of settlement is 119 hectares. LadaGa is situated on a plain on abandoned meadows – Usolsky district, in the tract of the river Celota, between the villages of Nizovtsevo and Bol’shaya Elan’. There is a mixed forest nearby, surrounding the settlement on all sides. There is alive, warm lake 2 km away from the settlement, where the fish is. Here, according to the project, it is planned to place leisure centre and a fish industry. There is a Cultural center in the middle of settlement, already constructed Common house, it is planned to raise a school building and workshops crafts. There is a sport center, first-aid post, food store – that is the entire infrastructure in place.
Non-commercial partnership “Ladoga” was formed in May 2003.
Part of the settlers work in the city, in addition, active construction of the village gave the opportunity to organize team of workers. Also, residents are engaged in creative work — wood carving, paint pictures, bake healthy unleavened bread, are engaged in the development of children, publish a newspaper and much more.
All the villagers seek to revive and preserve native Russian culture, taking the wise and rational of the ancient customs that can be used to improve their own lives.
Since the establishment of the settlement are held annual holidays: Earth Day (23 July), Ivan Kupala Holiday, Maslenitsa, New Year.
July 9, 2005 – in the settlement was held the first wedding ceremony of Alexander and Nadezhda Chernyavskih, conducted according to Vedic rites described in the books of Vladimir Megre. 25 July 2009 was held the wedding of Roman and Anastasia Shuvalovyh. In the summer of 2010 scheduled 4 wedding.
Together with students and teachers from Elan’ have improved the space around the monument to fallen soldiers, planted the alley of flowers, trees and shrubs n may 2009. The musical band “Ladoga” together with school of Elan’ took part in the Youth Day in November 2009.
Twice in 2008-2009, in July – August was organized a gathering of Loving Hearts, for those who are looking for their soul mate.
In July 2008, within three weeks was held the Children’s environmental camp. Here children learned to care for themselves and others and received a lot of useful skills.
In August 2008 we participated in the regional exhibition “Garden. Country house”. We were awarded!
In July of 2008 – 2009 we took part in city festival “Angarsky Arbat”. In 2009 we participated in the regional tourist rally and took 2nd place. We were winners of the district competition with the project “Revival of national traditions”.
The newspaper “Ladoga – the dream space” is published since December 26, 2009. The purpose of the newspaper is to convey information about the possibility of a happy lifestyle on Earth.
