A delicious twist on a popular fire food – this recipe uses cedar oil instead of butter, making it a good alternative to those following a plant based diet. The sauce adds a tangy salty flavour to the sweet taste of the corn. Have it as a side dish along with green salad or steamed veggies.
You will need:
🌽 Corn on the cob – 4 pieces
🌽 Cedar oil – 3 tbsp.
🌽 Lime – 1 pc
🌽 Sea or Himalayan salt – 1/2 tsp
🌽 Ground black pepper – 1/4 tsp
Cooking :
🌽 Clean the corn cobs from the leaves, anoint each one with cedar oil on top, put on the grill and bake for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
