We have put together a recipe for a gut friendly fibre rich salad for you to try! Have it as a side with your lunch or dinner – or make a larger portion to have as a meal π
What you will need for your Gut Friendly salad:
π Sliced Cabbage X2 Cups
π Grated carrots X 1 cup
π Chopped Flat Leaf Parsley 0.5 cup
π Green onion 0.5 cup
π Sliced Apple 0.5 cup
π Cedar Oil 2 tbs
π Lemon juice of half a lemon
π Salt to taste
Method:
πΏ Add the chopped cabbage, carrot, apple and green onion in a bowl and mix together
πΏ Drizzle with Cedar Oil & Lemon Juice
πΏ Add salt to taste
πΏ Add half the parsley into the salad and mix
πΏ Garnish salad with the rest of the parsley
πΏ Enjoy a happy fibre rich meal!
