Ingredients:
Orange juice (fresh or packaged without sugar) – 200 ml,
Boiling water-0.4 l,
Chicory-1 sachet or black tea,
1 orange,
Fresh ginger-about 30 gr,
Honey-3 tsp.
Instructions:
1. Pour with boiling water chicory, cut into pieces ginger and orange.
2. Add honey.
3. Leave for 10 minutes and add orange juice.
Drink in the morning with breakfast.
