SUMMER RECIPE: Cedar Chaga Iced Tea

A fresh summer recipe to enjoy throughout the day or with friends and family. The cedar syrup adds flavours of the Taiga and sweetness, while the earthy chaga provides an added boost to your immune system with its variety of healing properties.

What you will need (Serves 4):

  • 3 tsp chaga powder
  • 6 cups hot water
  • 3-6 tbsp cedar syrup or honey
  • 4-6 tbs freshly-squeezed lemon, orange or lime juice
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 6-8 lemon/lime/orange slices, to serve
  • 2 cups of ice, to serve


  • Mix chaga in a heat resistant jug or teapot with the hot water
  • Leave the mixture to cool until it is luke warm
  • Add cedar syrup or honey and stir
  • Add lemon/lime/orange juice
  • Divide the ice, lemon/lime/orange slices and mint leaves into four glasses
  • Pour the tea into each glass and serve
  • Alternatively, combine everything into a jug and add ice when serving
