STUFFED TOMATOES WITH CEDAR NUT OIL

Ingredients:

  1. 4 firm, ripe Tomatoes
  2. 1/4tbsp Cedar Nut Oil
  3. 3/4 cup diced Onion
  4. 1/4 cup diced Carrot
  5.  1/2tbsp Curry powder
  6.  2 cups Spinach
  7. 1/3 cup Raisins
  8. 3/4tbsp Sea Salt

Instructions:Combine all above ingredients except tomatoes. Mix well. Cut tomatoes in half crosswise and scoop out insides, which you can save for tomato soup. Fill each half with combined ingredients. Serve on Lettuce leaf.
