Rosehip Tea with Cinnamon sticks, Honey and Cloves

The Rosehip tea has a number of benefits for your health. Its floral aroma and delicate flavour make it one of our favourite winter drinks. Read on to find out our method of preparation.

Ingredients for 5 cups:

rosehip tea – 5 bags

boiling water – 0,8 litre

cloves – 3 pcs

cinnamon – 1 stick

honey – 3 tsps

Method:

    1. Mix the tea and spices, pour them with boiling water and leave the mixture for 10 min to infuse, after that add honey. Take it for breakfast in the morning.
