Radish with Cedar Nut Oil 

Green radish – 1-2 pieces of medium size,
Cedar Nut Oil – to taste,
Sea salt – a pinch,
fresh or dried Basil – 0,5 tsp,
Cheese for decoration.

1) Finely shred the radish into large slices.
2) Pour Cedar Nut Oil.
3) Add a pinch of sea salt.
4) Leave to marinate for 5-7 minutes.
5) Sprinkle basil, garnish with cheese.

P.S. You can make a version without the cheese.
