Cedar Bonbons with Strawberry and Almond

Soft cedar bonbon covered with dark Belgian chocolate.
It is based on chopped almonds in accordance with classic recipes, but we replaced sugar with natural molasses. Therefore, the sweet taste in sweets is not cloying, but muffled. Bonbons have a soft structure due to the addition of a large amount of pine nuts.
Since our bonbons are made in the taiga, we added wild taiga berries to it. Strawberries are the most beloved and fragrant of all, and taste as if they had just been picked at the edge.
The bonbons are covered with natural Belgian chocolate, which does not contain sugar.

Ingredients: almond, cedar nut, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, maltitol, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural flavor – vanilla), molasses, dry strawberry, strawberry extract.
