Today we are sharing another simple, yet delicious idea for an appetiser or a side dish.
fresh white or brown (royal) champignons (without any damages) – 80g
juice of ¼ lemon
olive oil – 2 tbsps
balsamic or wine vinegar – 1 tsp
- Carefully wash and peel the champignons, remove their stipes.
- Cut them into thin long segments.
- Pour them with the mixture of lemon juice, olive oil and vinegar.
- Let them marinate for 1,5 -2 hours.
