Marinated Champignons

Today we are sharing another simple, yet delicious idea for an appetiser or a side dish.


fresh white or brown (royal) champignons (without any damages) – 80g

juice of ¼ lemon

olive oil – 2 tbsps

balsamic or wine vinegar – 1 tsp


    1. Carefully wash and peel the champignons, remove their stipes.
    2. Cut them into thin long segments.
    3. Pour them with the mixture of lemon juice, olive oil and vinegar.
    4. Let them marinate for 1,5 -2 hours.
