Healthy Recipe: Superfood Beet Smoothie

Planning on doing a cleanse but don’t know what to prepare for your meals? Here’s a simple super powered healthy recipe for you to add – now you have breakfast covered.

What you will need:
  • Fresh beets – 1 pc
  • Carrot – 1pc
  • Green apple – 2 pcs
  • Mineral water – 1 glass
  • Honey – 2 tbsp.
  • Cedar protein powder  – 2 tsp
  • Peel carrots and beets, cut them into pieces
  • Chop up apples (either peeled or with the peel kept on)
  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth –  it turns out as a bright, energising smoothie.
