What you will need:
- Fresh beets – 1 pc
- Carrot – 1pc
- Green apple – 2 pcs
- Mineral water – 1 glass
- Honey – 2 tbsp.

- Peel carrots and beets, cut them into pieces
- Chop up apples (either peeled or with the peel kept on)
