This is the only halva made on the basis of liquid grape sugar. The rest of the halva is made with the addition of sugar, fructose, dextromed. These ingredients are not helpful.

For the manufacture of halva, “halvin” is used, made from selected sunflower seeds, pre-washed, carefully completely peeled, fried and ground on millstones without oil extraction. “Halvin”, prepared in this way, is the key to obtaining high-quality natural halva.

To achieve a fine-fiber structure of halva, halvin is kneaded with caramel mass only by hand, since only with manual kneading you can feel the fine line necessary to create a product with amazing taste.
