Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays of Russia. If we do not have a good in stock at the moment, we will let you know.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day. Please, allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We work with DHL Express Service.

*Delivery delay can occasionally occur.

**The price for pillows, seats and a bolster are not included in the sum. It means, to meet the offer requirment one has to take goods for $200 besides them.

Free Shipping offer is not applied to Australia and New Zealand


Customs, Duties, and Taxes can not be responsible for any Customs actions and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) 


Unusual customs’ requirements in some countries

We temporarily do not ship to Australia and New Zealand
Unfortunately, because of the current situation it became unreasonably difficult for customers to receive it

United Kingdom
Minimum order is 200$

Individuals cannot import cosmetics and food now.

South Korea
Please, write the date of your birth in Order Notes as it is required by the customs.

We will have to submit the parcel in customs before shipping, so it takes a few more days

Just 2 different cosmetic products, 2 items in total- is maximum for individuals importing


Please, write your TR ID in notes to the Order.

Damages is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you

received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Provide photos and videos.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
