Family Homestead Settlement

Dobrolyubovka Family Homestead Settlement (ex – RusiYar)

Penza oblast, Luninsky district, village Rodniki

Dobrolyubovka Family Homestead Settlement already exists 156 years. In 1859 the landowner (his name is unknown) gave the peasants land and built on these lands home. But he set a condition — there will be a settlement and it will be called Dobrolyubovka. In those years it was a large settlement, where people lived on their land, each family had a garden and apiary. According to the resident of the settlement — “it was a wonderful place.” Soon settlement has fallen into disarray as many other villages.

In 2017, thanks to readers of the Ringing Cedars of Russia series by Vladimir Nikolayevich Megre, we decided to revive the settlement in a new form — Dobrolyubovka Family Homestead Settlement. The earth waits for the people. This decision was endorsed by the veteran of the settlements, resident, whose family lives on these lands for 150 years. This Family Homestead Settlement created in accordance with the idea described in the Ringing Cedars of Russia series by Vladimir Megre.

15 hectares of agricultural land is in the ownership of the settlement now. Another 6 hectares of land settlements are with electricity, huge old trees and groves. It is possible to increase the size of the land in unlimited quantities. Registration of plots is in the process. There is Settlement Charter. Land is issued in the property.

Nature of middle part of Russia: there are a huge number of berries and mushrooms. There are many springs with clear water on land. Water lies at a depth of 2 – 2.5 meters.  This is useful for wells that do not require large cash infusions. There is no need for extra filters for water purification. The first residents will receive plots with electricity.

We’re looking for good neighbors, readers of Vladimir Megre book series. Families with children are welcome.
